Yes, all illustrations are entirely by me. I love to try and mix different techniques and styles, so it could seem to you that several artists work for me. But that's not the case: I'm all alone. For example, I also put the chains together myself and then pack them lovingly for you by hand. But I have postcards, posters and the like produced by a regional online print shop, the charms come from abroad (Great Britain and China) due to a lack of German alternatives.

Ich setze auch zum Beispiel die Ketten selbst zusammen und verpacke sie danach von Hand liebevoll für Dich. Postkarten, Poster und Ähnliches lasse ich aber bei einer regionalen Onlinedruckerei herstellen, die Charms kommen mangels deutscher Alternativen aus dem Ausland (Großbritannien und China).

I go to the post office two to three times a week. Usually on Mondays and Thursdays, in exceptional cases also on Friday/Saturday. If you need your package faster, please write me a message and I will see what can be done. :)

Yes, I don't smoke (except sometimes ;) with anger), but I have two hangovers that follow me every step of the way throughout the house. In addition, two gerbils (cat-safely stowed away) and two turtles (in the garden or cellar, depending on the season) live with me. But I try to make sure that my products are stowed away in such a way that my animals do not come and my cats have (writing) table ban, so that no animal hair gets to the orders.

Jein, ich rauche nicht (außer manchmal vor Wut ;) ), aber ich habe zwei Kater, die mir auf Schritt und Tritt im ganzen Haus folgen. Außerdem wohnen noch zwei Rennmäuse (katzensicher verstaut) und zwei Schildkröten (im Garten oder Keller, je nach Jahreszeit) bei mir. Ich versuche aber darauf zu achten dass meine Produkte so verstaut sind dass meine Tiere nicht rankommen und meine Kater haben (Schreib-)tischverbot, damit keine Tierhaare an die Bestellungen geraten.

I send everything cheaply via Standard Large Letter via Deutsche Post. Thanks to the new matrix brands, you also automatically have a basic tracking with you every order to see where your order is at the moment.

Ich verschicke alles über die Deutsche Post als Warenpost. Hier ist automatisch bei jeder Bestellung Tracking dabei und die Bestellungen sind in der Regel innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen nach Versand da. In Ausnahmefällen oder Zeiten in denen die Post stärker genutzt wird (Weihnachten) kann es allerdings durchaus zu Verzögerungen kommen auf die ich leider keinen Einfluss habe.

I send all parcels that go abroad exclusively with tracking and signature. Therefore, please make sure that you have the package sent to an address where it can be received in person. Otherwise, you may have to pick up your order at the nearest post office.

Ich verschicke alle Päckchen über DHL inklusive Tracking als Warenpost. Je nach Land dauert die Ankunft deines Päckchens ca. 1-4 Wochen nach Versand. In machen Fällen kann es zu längeren Zeiten kommen, wenn zB. das Päckchen im Zoll fest hängt. Hierauf habe ich leider keinen Einfluss, aber evt. habe ich Zugriff auf detailierte Trackinginformationen als du. Im Zweifelsfall schreibe mir bitte und ich schaue für dich nach wo es sich gerade befindet :)

To ensure that the articles are protected in the best possible way, many of my products are packed in transparent flat bags. Unfortunately and admittedly, many of them are still made of plastic, but I am currently in the process of phasing out the plastic packaging in my stock as much as possible in order to switch to alternative, more environmentally friendly materials such as polypropylene or cellophane.If you would like to receive your order without plastic packaging, just leave me a message with your order. :)

Um zu gewährleisten, dass die Artikel bestmöglichst geschützt sind, sind viele meiner Produkte u.A. in transparente Flachbeutel verpackt. Viele davon bestehen leider und zugegebenermaßen noch aus Plastik, allerdings bin ich gerade dabei die Plastikverpackungen in meinem Bestand soweit wie möglich auslaufen zu lassen um auf alternative, umweltfreundlichere Materialien wie beispielsweise Polypropylen oder Cellophan zu wechseln.

I have already reordered many of my products over the last few years. Due to the changed shipping and customs regulations, as well as some other factors, the purchase price of some products (e.B. washitapes) has unfortunately increased massively compared to the last batch, so that I was forced to adjust the prices accordingly. Also the situation with Covid and the Ukraine war unfortunately leads to the fact that I also had to raise some prices.

Viele meiner Produkte habe ich bereits im Laufe der letzten Jahre nachbestellt. Durch die geänderten Versand- und Zollbestimmungen, sowie einige weitere Faktoren ist der Einkaufspreis bei manchen Produkten (z.B. Washitapes) im Vergleich zur letzten Charge leider teils massiv gestiegen, sodass ich gezwungen war die Preise daran anzupassen. Auch die Situation mit Covid und dem Ukrainekrieg führt leider dazu dass auch ich einige Preise erhöhen musste.
